Loligals Return and Refund Policy

Loligals return and refund policy is quite simple, buyer can return the product for a refund within 7 days upon reception. Product must be in the exaction condition we send out and tags remain on product. Refund will be proceeded once the quality control re-stock process on the returned item is finished.

buyer don't want the product
buyer chose wrong size
buyer left wrong shipping address
buyer do not sign up for the package promptly

For any quality issues loligals will cover the return shipping cost.

Products That Loligals DO NOT Accept Return
Any custom tailored product can not be returned because it's hard to resell it again. Please be noted of that when you order custom making products. However, you can rest for sure that loligals will give you everything exactly you are seeking in the customization service.

All pre-ordered products will take 15-60 days to tailor make. We have highlighted the proceeding time in product page, so we deem the order as agreement that buyers agree to wait for it. The orders for pre-ordered products can not be cancelled during this contracted period.
